The normal way we go about sorting out a move in 02108 for our clients is by going over our checklist meticulously. This keeps us on track to giving you the best relocation you can ask for and some of the functions are described below.

  • We talk with the client and give them the quote, if they are happy we then arrange a time to move.
  • We will go over a list of items that need to be moved and print it off with the schedule and email you a copy for your safe keeping.
  • We will call the day before the move to confirm everything is set and you are ready to move.
  • On the day of the move we will review all the information including the address you gave us to your place and the address we need to go to. Any arrangements will have been made prior in our phone conversation.
  • Once the move is complete we will provide another copy of the invoice signed with a customer survey form to make sure you were happy with the move.
  • One week later you will receive a call from the moving staff member you dealt with on the first initial phone call to make sure the move went to your standard and you were happy with how everything went overall.

We really try to make everything as simple as possible because who needs an extra headache when you are moving, life can be overcomplicated enough without having to deal with working out logistics of moving and everything else that’s involved.

All of our moving trucks in 02108 are fitted with a (GPS) Global Positioning System, this gives us real time information here at the head office on how the location is going and where our vehicles are at all times. We can even check on our iPads and iPhones where our trucks are so we can feed you that information in real time if you are moving across county and are waiting for our truck to arrive.
